Black History Month 2023: Heritage
This year’s Black History Month theme is “Heritage”, celebrating and honouring the rich heritage of our Black communities. Throughout history, the Black experience has been one of resilience, strength, and remarkable achievements, often in the face of adversity. We will explore the diverse tapestry of art, literature, design, and music highlighting the contributions, struggles, and triumphs of individuals who have shaped our world and continue to inspire generations.
The Black History Month Launch will take place on Thursday September 28th 11am-2pm at St Mary’s Fire Station, St Marys Rd, Southampton.
